Well i hope so! Unlimited clean energy is always good. No doubt climate conspiracy brigade will think that unlimited clean energy is a bad thing but you can't stop progress with lies.
However if you ask me we should be moving away from centralised power grids (well when battery tech and renewables are capable of taking the load anyhow)
As centralised power grids leave our society open for catastrophic consensuses if the grid is damaged.
