Simmer the following:
300 gm flaked smoked fish.
150 gm sour cream.
1 tablespoon capers.
1 diced spring onion.
1 tablespoon lemon zest.
½ cup parmesan.
¼ cup dill.
¼ cup paisley.
Finish off with whisked egg and cream if desired.
Bake with filo if desired.
