Fusion crustless quiche:
In a bowl whisk the following:
6 to 7 eggs.
1 cup milk or chicken stock.
⅔ cup creme fraiche or cream.
250 gm gruyere or emmenthal.
¼ teaspoon nutmeg.
½ cup fried smoked bacon.
1 small caramelized onion.
1 dozen anchovies.
A few splashes sake.
A few splashes soy.
A few Worcester.
¼ teaspoon miso.
Pour into baking dish(es).
Bake at 175 c for ½ hour or less.
