Marinate three rack pork ribs for at least ½ hour in the following:
½ cup hoisin sauce.
½ cup soy sauce.
2 tablespoons Chinese Shaoxing wine (rice vinegar or a dry sherry can be used instead)
3 tablespoon honey.
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
1 tablespoon minced garlic.
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
In a pan barbecue on the charcoal webber with the lid on.
Baste occasionally
And use to glaze before serving.
