Fusion limoncello shrimp:
In a pan fry the following:
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 tablespoon smoked butter.
1 teaspoon lemon zest.
1 teaspoon herbs de Provence.
a splash xo.
Then add the following:
250 gm raw shelled shrimps.
1 or 2 cloves pressed garlic.
Finish off with the following:
½ cup limoncello lemon liqueur.
1 tablespoon spoon cream.
Serve with mayo made by whisking:
½ cup olive oil.
1 egg yolk.
A few splashes soy and limoncello.
