Heat four large or eight small oven baked crumbed fish fillets in the oven.
Serve with a sauce make by heating the following in a small saucepan:
½ cup olive oil or chicken stock or eta bbq sauce and water.
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper.
1 tablespoon xo sauce.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
¾ teaspoon jerk paste.
½ teaspoon garlic powder.
Serve the fish in a baguette or sandwich with the following:
The sauce.
Rinsed bick’s dill pickles.
