fusion chimichurri steak:
1.25 to 1.75 kg hanger or other steak 35 to 45 mm thick in the following preferably overnight:
2 cups chopped parsley.
1 small chopped onion.
½ red chopped capsicum.
½ cup olive oil.
¼ cup chopped oregano.
¼ cup red wine vinegar.
½ dozen cloves pressed garlic.
½ teaspoon jerk paste.
and some of the following if desired:
¼ cup soy sauce.
¼ cup worcestershire sauce.
1 dozen anchovies.
1 tablespoon capers.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.
