    Shaved beef or lamb kabab:

    Coarsely shave four servings or beef or lamb.

    in a medium non metallic bowl brim for ¼ hour.

    Thread onto skews.

    Barbecue on the webber charcoal.


    Brim:

    In a non-metallic make the following brim:
    2 cup reasonable hot water.
    2 tablespoons rock salt.

    And ‘some’ of the following if desired:
    ½ cup diced onion.
    ¼ bunch thyme.
    ¼ bunch parsley complete with stems
    2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup.
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar.
    1.5 tablespoon unsulfured molasses
    4 cloves crushed garlic.
    3 bay leaves.
    1 tablespoon cracked black pepper.
    1 tablespoon mixed herbs or a teabag of herbs.
    1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    1 teaspoon ground allspice
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Cool with some ice.
