spaghetti with chicken:
In a large pan or wok fry the following for a few minutes:
1 roasted or charcoal chicken cut into pieces.
½ cup pre-soaked sultanas.
⅓ cup toasted pine nuts.
The leaves from 3 rosemary sprigs.
2 dozen sage leaves.
2 tablespoons chopped parsley.
2 tablespoons butter.
Then add the following and heat only:
500 gm firm to the bite fine tagliatelle spaghetti or the like.
2 cups reasonably concentrated chicken stock.
A few splashes light soy sauce.
A few splashes liquid smoke.
A few splashes masala.
