Coat four servings of fish in the following mixture:
1 tablespoon sesame oil.
1 tablespoon sake.
1 tablespoon mirin.
1 tablespoon miso.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.
Dressing made in a small bowl with the following:
2 tablespoon sake.
2 tablespoon mirin.
2 tablespoon soy sauce.
And some of the following:
Eight anchovies.
1 tablespoon yuzu juice.
1 tablespoon zest.
1 tablespoon capper.
½ teaspoon jerk paste.
½ tablespoon Japanese chilli pepper.
½ teaspoon truffle paste.
