I guess it is all about what your ultimate goal is. I'm all about a locked-in, secure group of assets to give me unassailabe income in perpetuity.

I know (speaking for me only) that I will never get that trading, I am just shite at it. I am investor and not a trader.

For many people it is about the adrenaline rush of successful trades, the money is only secondary (although they would never admit that to themselves or their wives).

I am ALL about the money, I don’t give a Flying Fork about the adrenaline rush, I will leave that to the younger blokes. I know I will make more money by being patient (that's why I love property investment so much).
