future and forward plan!

We're all disapointed, this has been a huge let down to many of us, including management.
The only way we can look at this is to what is the future of NEN,(if holding) they are working their butts off on a ann to come out and explain the direction we're to head into. There are plans they had been working on in the back ground, they cannot rush this with some flimsy ann, they know they need to get things right as they cannot afford another disapointment. This is where real management step up.

ps any ann on the JV has to be approved by the JV
