The response from TGA to RHY had about 50 questions.

The company lied to shareholders, which is very evident in previous company announcement updates. Look through and you will see.
RHY said they could answer the majority of the questions but a minority of questions could not within the TGA's 20 day extension period.
One year has now passed, so why haven't they re-submitted with all the info? They say by end of this year but let's face it, they've never kept to timelines.

".....however a minority of the questions require new internal analytical testing by RHY, which require three different production batches of commercially made ColoSTAT® test-kits from our overseas based manufacturer Biotem. Coupled with the logistical and supply chain timing, this would prevent RHY being able to receive these commercially made test-kits and answer the minority of questions raised by the TGA"

Why would you throw away all the test kits? $2.7 million worth? To get a few hundred thousand dollars in the bank from ATO by reclassifying the expenditure to Research & Development? How can a company do something like that? Let's see when that money comes in............maybe shareholders will forget? I won't.

An absolute disgrace.
