EFA and the Federal Government have to realise that the more they stall and delay our progress the less chance our business will succeed.
One of our favourite marketing lines is that EcoGraf Kwinana will be the first commercial scale ex-China SPG facility. At the rate things are going with EFA (and knowing it's unlikely we have a Plan B) there is very little chance of achieving that goal of being the first ex-China SPG facility.
I worry that if things continue to draw out as they have that the equity portion of the capex for Kwinana will come at a much higher cost (whether it be dilution or giving up a larger equity stake in Kwinana).
Time for everyone involved to start acting with a little bit more urgency. Time is of the essence and we really need to kick on with things, even if that means spending a little bit more money.
