Just musing whilst waiting for market to digest and rerate this mob.
The company cleaned up accounts recently and it would appear they are going to start generating some decent cash.
What to do with it?
They have indicated a preference for equity funded acqusitions.
Operational capacity seems ok at the moment and I would have thought that if the 3/4 wheel JV goes gangbusters that it would fund a build from cashflow from the JV and/or loans to the JV 'stand alone' company.
Debt manageable and trade recivables outstrip payables.
Dare I mention the word 'dividends'?
Anyone ever discussed this with management (Gotta)?
Any thoughts?
