    If my sums are right total shares in MAK spin off will be 125mil at 0.20 = MC of $25mil

    50mil x 0.20 = IPO
    50mil in specie to current MAK shareholders (1 for 5)
    25mil retained by MAK

    Better off buying Icon with a MC of $18mil
