Bucky I think your comment around the note holders is a long way off the mark.
The smart money has averaged down by taking up all their rights and have bought the shortfall because they know this is going to struggle to get to 4 or 5 cents in the near future so they need to be able to get out at between 1.5 and 2 cents.
Also the doubt surrounding our IP is something that should be clarified at the AGM if not sooner.
