I agree on the share price, max upfront will be $500,000 - 001 will be the product but unsure if it will be that much. Probs 250,000-400,000. IF Steve can even land the deal that is haha.
We don’t have a finished formulation = no big upfronts.
Artimist (if you still believe in it) will have the biggest upfront. I think that is the only thing that can save the company in the short to medium term. (Just sell it for 5-10 mil if possible and be done with it)
We don’t have any finished formulations and won’t make it to meaningful royalties. Small upfront won’t cut it, so unless something changes, there will be some form of a CR or loan BUT that is still 2020-2021. So a bit over a year to make a difference SC!!!!!!!
