I would suspect that now that the uncertainty around the company is removed, the stock market will move from being a gamboling machine with the sp to being a weighing machine with the sp.
The one question over the company is the management, and with a change in CEO and Chairman, it may be enough for the sp to climb to NPV.
Companies often do share buybacks if the sp is less than the NPV of the share.
That would be a way to keep the cash from the sale and use the cash from operations to reward shareholders.
OZL certainly needs to rebuild. It needs to articulate a strategy of how it will rise from the ashes, grow the company and the sp.
There have been numerous articles that with the cash, other cash strapped resource companies may approach OZL with joint ventures. That idea, if implemented, would be a good risk management tool
