It seems to me that there could be tensions over who's in control maybe just a thought.........

Given the Indigenous population is 86-90%

and the Minister for Minerals doesn't speak Greenlandic but understands it.....

For instance in Ireland learning Irish (Gaelge) in school is compulsory and an improrant part of the culture and has been since the late 1800's

So I would think in Greenland speaking Greenlandic would also be important as it shows a comitment to the country. and the language.....

I don't think it is Racist unless you are taking it out of context...

So one would need to understand Broberg's Motive....
