    Premier have updated there website and commentary on Vietnam interesting to note the drill in 07/03 is no longer on the website however they are now talking of block 07/03 as "a future development project" things seem to be happening behind the scenes clearly not as quick as some of us would hope but how many negative ev companys are producing have exploration upside ? good buying under cash backing
