The level of detail and complexity would seem to indicate the have been working on this for some time...
I am surprised the share price did not hold above 10c...
However, the one missing piece to the puzzle is short term cash...
If the deal is not finalised until late this year, they will run out of cash unless they scale back operations...
I suspect this is why the market did not hold the 10c level...
The sooner they raise cash the better... Pity it is not at a higher price for them (and current shareholders)...
