I don't see that as to much of a hurdle as it states they simply need to begin negotiations by that date. So that can be handled by one phone call. All on the assumption that no one has tried to buy COI by then.....I'm hopeful that there are some smart enough out there to see what the likely outcome of all of this is...
Either we get taken out or go into production - I'm up for production but can't see that happening - it's to good a project to let a few bigger players pass it by.
