Why a decade? The metal plants are costing less than 50 million for a 5200tonne plant at this stage. The DZP is a different thing but if it gets financed soon it should be pumping out cash within a few years.
A decade doesn't make any sense at all.
I think dividends will be welcome and will also increase the share price.
