A wise strategy re fund deployment I think. Punters are generally too impatient and think that the brokage is too great an impost if used several times to buy a parcel. If you bought 3 parcels and your brokage equaled $60.00, that’s fine by me. If a mere $60 is a real consideration re an investment, you shouldn’t IMHO be investing !
