BVS haven't lost Nucleus because of any issue with Sonata or the BVS platform.
Nucleus has been acquired by a private-equity owned company called James Hay, and James Hay has an existing strategic partnership with FNZ.
As Nucleus is now 100% owned by James Hay, Nucleus has to re-platform with FNZ so that it aligns with its new owner James Hay.
So it is a loss of business, but not because of any failing on BVS's part.
