It's in a tricky spot - no one knows the value of transfer from Bravura to FNZ for the Nuclear business. Thing is company is also in a tough spot as nothing has been confirmed yet. I heard its approximately 20% of recurring revenue going back few years.
The other tricky situation is that BVS has made a few decent acquisitions in recent times and cash on hand could be as little as $50M. Will need to slash capex in a big way or raise capital if it is to raise capital may as well go all in and make a big acquisition and allow a decent cash buffer at same time.
So will be interesting to see what happens from here.
