Hearing from the company once every three months is sufficient but any longer than that is problematic. Late November you had an AGM address - three months forward 1H is due.
There is no lack of information by the company it has been in a downgrade cycle for ahile -the only lack of information is you not paying for it in terms of Capital IQ or Factset to determine whether BVS is in an upgrade or downgrade cycle. The $5k per annum can save you much.
