A disgrace of the highest order! These bastards will not get away with it! Ms James will soon find herself out of a job, once the unscrupulous behaviour of mgmt is uncovered. As for Smedley, well he is with out doubt the single most destructive force in Australian corporate history, every company he has helmed has turned sour (even colonial/CBA deal, which he will claim was value accretive). He should face criminal charges for the countless workers, shareholders and families he has destroyed through ego, incompetence, arrogance and plain negligence!
