if i was to ask myself (this is dumb) why delay the 1st shipment of good concentrate to December, when there is a warehouse full of unfit stock the Chinese want to buy at good prices, i would conclude the following
-- they have to clean out the warehouse of all the lead adulterated concentrate via ships filled to the top of the bulkheads.
-- they have to sell the stuff to the chinese by the ship load. Not half or quarter full
-- serendipity is sometimes presented on a platter. The Chinese want to make oneoff purchases of the testing concentrate
Either that, or the management are hiding something
