    DWS stated in their announcement that they will have a strong 4th quarter. A fair percentage of their clientle are from government, and they always spend in the 4th quarter.

    As for losing a client, it really depends on who they lose. Unless its Telstra or a bank, I don't think it should impact them too much.

    Regardless, At the end of the day they are too far down to cut and run, so I might as well wait.
