I didn't even pick up on that in the presentation, but reading over that slide for the 10th time, it looks like to me it could be a new subsiduary of TMT, and VLyte (TMT's electrolyte subsiduary) will be partnering with LE Systems?
(Maybe i'll listen again to check how he verbally refers to it).

If so, hints that the MOU talks are progressing into something meaningful.

We did have an MOU last year (or maybe 2020) that past expiry date but we didn't get an announcment on it's extension until a few weeks after it had expired.
So I don't necessarily expect news on this by 30th June.
