Seems like someone is playing silly buggers with us. If they were only going to give allocations to those through the Board and KTM why put up the online application?...
Certainly nothing showing in any of my brokerage accounts as at tonight. I can only hope tomorrow brings some joy but at this stage it doesn't sound too hopeful.
