The AGM has been brilliantly covered by others...but there is one issue I will throw into the soup mix and that is the manner of raising future finance.

DC made big of the ease and timeliness of the $50m corporate raising earlier this year...(but he didn't mention the costs at around $2m).

That it was a big success and could have raised up to three times as much dough is now a matter of record.

DC also made big of the attractiveness of this finance method in terms of speed and the consequent ability to shut out the prying eyes of competitors.

When compared with the SPP which is a longer, more public process, and given the fact that we didn't support it all that well, I'm sure the Board will know which way they will jump when they need to go the next big bite.

As SF has pointed out it will have to be well before Dec next year and I'd imagine not for a small amount of bucks.

I'm going to cover my bases and become a "sophisticate" with Pattersons at the least.
