Good question, I couldn't tell you. Could be due to multiple factors - these HFC waste collection vehicles haven't been extensively tried and tested. Additionally, revenue isn't recognised in the income statement until it is earned. Of course these are my opinions and people don't know for sure.
I personally thought that the announcement was also good news, and a step in the right direction, but it's just the beginning of something that could become big or go bust.
