Funny you should post this today, was just driving past the site thinking the same thing. If the ASX had any watch dog or minimum codes of conduct, there would have to be an investigation in to how such a claim was made and suddenly vanished from resent presentations without explanation. Was this a case for deliberately miss leading the market, or was there some other explanation which has not been given and hence the company and all directors are in breach of continuous disclosure regulations. Either one or the other, purely IMHO DYOR however as we know from long experience on the ASX, anything goes.
