TAM owns 60% of the joint venture with NST, APAC holds 46,3% of TAM. Allied holds 43,5% of APAC.

With this constellation no wonder NST is in no hurry to bring the jv forward. NST cannot take over TAM
as long as ole Dew is in charge. Well he´s in his 80s. Does he have kids? Will his heirs sell and if to who?

But Allied has negative earnings. Maybe they have to sell to get a little cash.

Either way, not much hope for ordinary TAM shareholders or what am I missing?
