Running a surplus with *my* tax money is disgraceful.
If there's money left over, it should be spent back in the community - on public schools for example. The last thing we want is Costello with his investment incompetence handling it - remember his currency exchange fiasco.
And he sold all our gold before the gold boom.
He's probably buying aussie dollars at this very moment.
