The following resolution was decided on a Poll and the resolution was passed.

“THAT Dr Nora Scheinkestel, Director appointed since the last AGM, being eligible, be elected as a
Director.”

2: Adoption of the Remuneration Report
The following non-binding resolution was decided on a Poll and the resolution was passed.

“To adopt the Remuneration Report for the year ended 30 June 2010.”

Against 23.23%


3: Adoption of new Constitution
The following special resolution was decided on a Poll and the resolution was passed:

“THAT the Constitution tabled at the meeting and signed by the Chairman of the Meeting for the purposes of identification, be adopted as the Constitution of the Company in place of the present
Constitution, with effect from the close of the meeting.”
