One scenarion - FF will be forced to cancel its TLS holding in exchange for TLS providing access to the assets NBN require. Less shares on issue means TLS shareholders get increased value. The FF sold some shares now as once they were sold they can keep the cash rather than having an IOU from the government! Any thoughts?
