can't help but feel the board was a tad hastey in divesting TLS shares to achieve desired weighting. Had they drip fed the surplus shares to the extent of another 12 - 18 mths they could have achieved a better sale price plus ~ 10% div? have they achieved 20% elswhere? perhaps new blood is needed ?
