    New Direction have already said the MOU they have for US $100 million CTP funding is contingent on due diligence AND all New Direction candidates being appointed to the Board. A new Board comprised of a tangle of existing directors,Option Co , and ND does not satisfy the preconditions for funding. Existing Board and Option Co candidates have to withdraw in the interests of the company.
