The thing that concerns me is that with a crashing market capitalisation there could be clauses that will be triggered.

Even "long term" debt can be triggered. This is what you find when companies spiral and lose value.

I absolutely agree that the company needs to come out and clarify the matter.

This falling share price to date is not consistent with just "negative sentiment and general copper outlook".
