    CWE has already been approved and accepted a loan of 20 million from the Clean Energy Finance Council- this loan was then fully commercialised as Commbank took it over - i dont fully appreciate the why of this but that ment the CEFC no longer had a role to play ...
    Sooo we dont really need to worry about grants from Arena or changes to CEFC as CWE has already achieved the commercial acceptance that both those institutions are striving to support.
