Bullish or not?

Look at the birth rates, number of schools going up (lotsa kids / families) and diversificaiton of the bowling centres.

They now have laser tag and 'family eatery' kind of attachments to the bowling centres.

The outlook for D'abora marinas is so bullish I wont talk about it here, but the marine services industry is massive and growing everyday.

They've got spots all over sydney and are expanding heavily into adelaide and WA - high growth states.

Watch as they get capital growth on the property assets while expanding profiting off their ongoing operations. They are very strong in my opinion.
