Only problem is that we are not sure whether AAD will look after retail shareholders by meeting applications in full like the BKW SPP or whether they only care about their wholesale investor friends and try to do the minimum necessary by scaling back the SPP like SPN did recently with the additional shares applications in their rights issue. The way companies treat their retail shareholders is a good indication of how good their corporate governance is in general.
Any views on how these guys behave?
