here is an excerpt from my earlier post:

Bearing in mind that I wrote the above before I knew the size of the incentive amount (I have known for quite some time that there were going to be incentives, however, I did not know the exact figure) and considering that most other DOT's will follow GDOT's lead, I can now see investors turning up in droves to get a piece of the EdenCrete pie! With regard to lenders, I can't believe that GS will have any trouble obtaining financing for the Georgia plant. On the contrary, he might have to beat them back with a stick!

Sorry if I am sounding far too optimistic, however, I just can't see any real negatives at the moment and everyone I talk to feels the same way. In fact they all want to buy EDE shares!
