I'll counter that re off take agreements. Having binding off-take agreements provides confidence for investors and lenders. depending on the quantity of product and duration of agreement (binding for multiple years) and agreed $$ value with CPI etc etc etc written in, it can be used to raise significant funding (or take-over). it says, there is a guaranteed market and buyer and amount of revenue you can forecast against. As with anything, it's worthless unless someone buys it. A binding off-take agreement states there is guaranteed revenue for the product.
