I've stayed long ISX (should've flipped it a few times) for these reasons. Feel free to value add, nitpick etc.

-Card Not Present fraud runs at 4-5% for some internet businesses. Maybe higher & charge backs are painful.
- Card schemes have their own verification tools but they're bad & fragmented.
-Storing value for customers is actually not easy to do. AFSL required and that's up to certain values.
-Government regulation is only getting stronger.
-Crypto & blockchain tech is nascent but regulation will be just as important regardless of tech.
