I agree that your estimates may be a little optimistic. I think rocket was probably pretty on the money with his estimate on another thread, SP may be around the 50-60c range following JV announcement. I don’t think true SP value will be realised for a long time yet (read: years)

it will also also depend on the proposed timeline for facility development. If they plan have something operational in late 2021, versus say 23/24. Some people aren’t prepared to hold on for that long.

Looking very long term, assuming no major issues and current glide path is followed then that sort of SP could be feasible once production is well underway and dividends are on the cards. There’s too many variables though to predict when/if that may occur.
